Theres just something about an out door wedding ceremony, followed by tented reception. If I am honest, some our most beloved designs are the ones curated for outdoor and estate venues. Our stunning couple, Katie and Taylor were childhood sweet hearts since they were 14! Their long panned for nuptials took place on a beautiful day at Harding Waterfront Estate with their closet friends and family. If I am honest, some our most beloved designs are the ones curated for outdoor and estate venues. and Katie and Taylors’ was no exception. Although the grounds at Harding are the perfect canvas for stunning ceremony, we couldn’t wait to add our pretty floral touch. Our team created a magical white floral aisle detailed with the most delicate and wispy blooms but if I had to pick my favourite design element, it was the large hanging floral feature suspended in the tent. Created with blocked florals, the look was artful and unique. Working closely with Laura from Muse Events, the wedding design included stylish black details giving a fresh and modern vibe. Conratulations Katie and Taylor! Thank you for trusting us with your special day. For a full list of vendors, see bottom of post.
Planning a wedding around pandemic restrictions meant that Ethan and Brittany had to make some shift in plans. But that didn’t stop these love birds from finding a way to host the most magical and dreamy wedding. Their once larger scale venue planned wedding, would instead end up being the most intimate and beautiful event hosted in the brides parents backyard. Working closely with Toronto wedding planner Michelle from Fab Fete, our team transformed a clear top tent into a dreamy garden for both the ceremony and reception. The sweet couple who grew up just five minutes apart said their I do’s under a gorgeous floating floral chuppah for their jewish ceremony. During the cocktail hour around the pool, we transformed the tent once again to the most stunning reception space and created modern garden vibes. Accented with table top floral bridges and the most beautiful collection of crystal and candles the guest tables brought sophistication and elegance to this backyard affair. We asked Brittany why they chose us to create the magic for their special day. “We chose Rachel A. Clingen, because we felt that no one can do what their team can.” Brittany added.. “I also liked that every event they create is unique and never a copy!” Thankyou Brittany! Mazel Tov to our beautiful couple!
I’m so excited to share Cassandra and Marc’s stunning wedding at Aga Khan, inspired by the gorgeous Italian country side and Lake Como regions. Despite pandemic restrictions, delays and postponements and an original plan to marry in Italy, our beautiful couple couldn’t have had a more perfect day. No stranger to high style and Italian influence, Cassandra, a fashion and life style blogger, wanted these beautiful nuances to set the tone for their special celebration and we were so happy and excited to to bring her vision to life! Despite this incredible event being planned and executed in record time, like literally within a few weeks, working with wedding planner Michelle from Sincerely Yours Events, made this collaboration with our team an incredible experience. Now can we just talk about the flowers and decor, because, I mean.. like woah! Our creative team designed and built a magnificent, life size tree with fresh branches foraged from our farm. Other stunning floral features included, a blossom tree lined entrance way to the reception tent. Lots of praying that day for no rain, because we couldn’t wait to slide the tent top panels off for a truly alfresco dining experience for the reception. The stars aligned and the magic happened! Marc and Cassandra and the lucky guests, dined and danced the night away under the stars! For a full list of vendors please see bottom of post.
