Natalie And Conors’ Stylish Great Gatsby Wedding At Windsor Arms Hotel

Their stunning Great Gatsby themed wedding at Windsor Arms Hotel still has the beautiful couple reminiscing about their special day.

“I always knew I wanted an extravagant party, and we kept going back to the party scene from the Great Gatsby as our inspiration. I knew I wanted to work with the Rachel A. Clingen team as soon as I started planning. I had seen their work at a wedding at the St. Regis a couple of years previously, and have followed their work ever since. The time and attention the team at Rachel A. Clingen put into our florals and design was incredible. I asked for a lot… and their team delivered. I nearly cried when I went to do my trial at their studio. It was everything I had envisioned and more!”

Conor and Natalie met the old-fashioned way. On just regular Thursday night in 2013, their eyes met from across the bar at Grace O’Malleys, the local hang out for students. and as they say, the rest is history. As an ode to how we first met, we took our entire wedding party to Gracie’s the night of our rehearsal dinner for a night down memory lane. Following a beautiful ceremony at St. Basils Parish, guests celebrated with the couple at the iconic Toronto Windsor Arms Hotel, Gatsby style! The formal black tie affair reflected on the legendary jazz-age with all the glamorous and lavish details including the most beautiful tall floral centrepieces and moody bar lamps. Working with wedding planner Karina Lemke, every detail connected to the stylish Great Gatsby error!

Laura And Brads Amalfi Inspired Wedding At Ricardas

We might not have been in Italy, but Brad and Lauras’ stunning wedding at Ricardas was bursting with all the beauty the Almalfi has to offer! Laura explains, ” I have Italian heritage and Brads family loves vacationing In the Amalfi so we came up with a colourful fun vibrant Amalfi coast themed wedding and it had to include lemon trees! The bright colours and fun palette also represent us as a couple.”

The task was a high calling, but together with wedding planner Melissa Baum, and our team, Ricardas venue was transformed into the sweet couples dream. Details included custom graphics for napkins and a tiled seating chart. The life size lemon tree we designed was a show stopper and I couldn’t be more proud of our team for an incredible installation! Built in just a few hours, the masterpiece loaded with hundreds of lemons and foraged fresh branches towered over 18 feet and created the most impressive focal point. It wasn’t just the lemon tree that made the magic, but also we have to talk about the stunning bougainvillea chuppah. Our team designed a ‘like it grew there’ type of canopy with layers of bougainvillea vines and topped it with the family heirloom silk topper. Laura shared her sentiments with us, “We love how creative you were and how you took my vision and elevated it beyond belief. You understood how to execute the perfect lemon tree and bougainvillea Chuppah, BUT you were also playful, and fun with your vision and creativity.” Thank you Laura and Brad for trusting us with such a special assignment! Morgan & Gianna’s Stunning Wedding At Graydon Hall

I’m thrilled to share with you, Gianna and Morgans’ dreamy garden wedding at Graydon Hall. The beautiful couple met on bumble and Gianna said, she is so glad she swiped right! Their story continues with an engagement on a perfect sunny day at the pier downtown Oakville with their puppy, Maverick! A summer wedding was planned and one thing is for sure… Flowers were going to be an important part of their special day. Ok lets talk flowers shall we? It might have been the incredible floral canopy our team designed that has had such place holder in my mind, but I also loved the show stopper seating chart with was detailed with the most stunning display of blooms. Working together with Muse Events, there wasn’t a detail that was over looked. Even the fireplace mantle held levels of cascading blooms. I love garden weddings, and Morgan and Gianna’s was no exception. Jessy, our lead designer, worked closely with the couple to make sure every flower dream came true.

Gianna shares how she came to having confidence in our approach. “I had been following Rachel Clingen on social media for several months and was in awe of her spectacular work and stylish designs. I just knew that they could achieve and perfectly execute the vision I had for my wedding day. There are no words to describe the level of professionalism, expertise, and artistry displayed from the initial meeting.” Thank you Gianna and Morgan for trusting us with such a important day in your life and thank you for loving flowers as much as we do!
