Couture Wedding At The Fermenting Cellar

Bespoke fashion and decor,  French couture along with inspired extravagance, this was the vision of our fabulous couple Mike and Carmelina for their wedding at the super cool Fermenting Cellar in Toronto.   “We made it a priority to hire the best in the industry for what we wanted” said this stylish couple. Yes we were thrilled to be among those chosen to create this spectacular event along with the talents of Elsa CorsiValencienne,  Palettera and Cake Opera Co. to name a few. The decor was luxe’ and detailed. Rich and glam elements included our gold antique candelabras and an exhaustive line up of our gold mercury glassware pieces. Both were loaded with lavish bouquets of flowers and no details was overlooked. Carmelina’s love for vintage pieces was heavily incorporated into the design. A custom velvet backdrop was detailed with antique frames and even a vintage birdcage. What a pleasure to work with such a wonderful couple! And so thrilled to share these stunning images by Dave and Charlotte

Stunning custom gown by Valencienne. “My gown was a precious creation of worldly bespoke fabric collection from France and Dubai. My gown was inspired by my love for couture fashion from the Parisian runways and my passion for the fashion behind Marie Antoinette. Mademoiselle Je ne sais Quoi” beautiful custom jewellery by Elsa CorsiCustom Stationary – Palettera The Fermenting Cellar was lavished with beautiful floral arrangements. Carmelina tells all.. “Our designer, Rachel Clingen mixed several different elements to create an artistic yet luxurious elegant look, as if our guested were walking through the gardens of the Palace of Versailles. Classic blends of roses, peonies and hydrangeas graced the tops of the vintage mixture of gold and alternating black candelabra centrepieces. In addition to the tall pieces, low mounds of coordinating flowers in beautiful antique gold mercury vases lined the gallery style tables. Rachel also used eclectic combinations, gold mercury vases filled with flowers, black vintage bird cages and crystal candle sticks on our head table. The floral elements echoed the blissfulness of the French gardens and the secrets of  the palace.”Stunning custom cakes by Cake OperaVenue – The Fermenting Cellar Photographer – Dave and Charlotte Make-up – Fancy Face Stationary – Palettera Gown – Valencienne Jewellery- Elsa Corsi Vintage rentals – Happily Ever After Events Cakes – Cake Opera Co. Out And About At The Gorgeous Wedluxe Show

What an amazing day at the Wedluxe Wedding show held at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto. The talents of many of Toronto’s leading luxury wedding vendors were on display for all to see! Wedding planners, photographers, floral and decor designers, gown designers and even travel firms were among the many who displayed their work for the discerning bride. The flower and decor designs, displays and concepts were over the top! I am convinced that Toronto has some incredibly talented artists who bring their best to the wedding industry. I also believe and have been told by others, who were visiting the show from afar, that Toronto has more to offer in the luxury wedding market then many other major cities! More importantly though, is the comradery and friendships that is so evident between many any of the vendors. I was pretty excited to receive so many gorgeous images of this spectacular event by some of Toronto’s leading wedding photographers. Warm thanks go to Isaac Image, Krista Fox Photography, Melanie Rebane Photograhy, and Visual Cravings for sharing your amazing coverage of the Wedluxe show with us!

A Colourful Muskoka Wedding At Taboo Resort

Shauna and Jordans stunning colourful wedding at Taboo Resort in Muskoka is enough to take your breath away. Ok so, yes, we think the flowers and decor are eye catching.. but just look at Shauna and Jordan, what a gorgeous couple! Shauna, along with her talented father, aka, wedding planner, Alf, have and eye for colour and design and it was a pleasure to work with them and all the enthusiasm they brought to each and every appointment. Shauna’s beauty goes far beyond what you see. Her friendly spirit and happy attitude shine.  We had loads of fun together, creating a colourful palette of jewel toned flowers and decor. The ceremony on the patio at Taboo was rich with Muskoka accents, including birch aisle stands bursting with brilliant purple orchids, pink roses, and fucshia peonies. The gazebo at Taboo accented with a luxurious arbour of coordinating flowers. No detail was overlooked including the custom dance floor by Dance Floor Decor. Friends and family danced the night away in the boat house as the sun set on the beautiful waters of Lake Muskoka. Our stunning images all captured by Muskoka photography gurus, Erika and Ryan of Rowell Photography. For always stylish decor in the Toronto or Muskoka regions visit us at www. rachelaclinge.com
