This modern colourful wedding at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto still has us swooning! Every once in a while we get to design with bold and colourful flowers, and this modern colourful wedding at the Four Seasons Toronto, was no exception. Excitement loomed when I first met Charlotte because her love of colour and her desire for unique wedding flowers and decor was a refreshing change to some of our more traditional designs. Charlotte and Ryan embraced a unique and creative design for their Chinese inspired wedding. We created magic in the beautiful Aria Room, with our 17 foot wisteria tree loaded with red, purple and fuchsia flowers which were suspended over their mirrored head table. In addition to the life size floral tree, we created modern floral arrangements for the guest tables with orchids, roses and foliage. Other unique and colourful elements included red lacquer chairs lining the gallery tables. Also, we custom designed mirrored platform risers for the middle of the gallery tables which was detailed with a purple roses vinyl application. Traditional metallic candelabras were replaced with our bright red tall candelabras which added candle light and elegance to the Aria room in the Four Seasons Hotel. We worked closely with the lovely wedding planner Shealyn Angus from Bliss events on this show stopper wedding and were thrilled to see it in print in Wedluxe magazine. Follow our teams journey and enjoy the weekends events, including a fashionable and intimate rehearsal dinner, a stunning and elegant wedding ceremony, followed by a scrumptious brunch the next day. The talented chef at Langdon Hall worked closely with our team to create beautiful and scrumptious food displays that were a feast for the eyes and our team created lavish displays of classic floral collections for the various tables and common areas of Langdon Hall. We worked closely with our long time friends, Toronto wedding planners Laura and Co. Events, for smooth execution of this creative shoot and Langdon hall wedding. In addition to our collaboration with Laura’s team, our talented friends at 5ive15ifteen made this shoot a huge success and captured our project bringing to life our vision for a weekend wedding at the gorgeous Langdon Hall!

It was indeed, special to work with Brittany and her planner Lexi from Lexington Events. Their inspiration board was detailed and precise. Brittany wanted us to bring the out doors in and create a garden wedding type feel inspired by old world romance. I was up for the challenge. The colour palette of soft pastels in lavenders, blushes and ivories was a classic blend for such an affair. Beautiful fresh foliage garlands lined the aisle but also detailed our classic stone structure. As well as lots of loose foliage, flowers were abundant. The mantle at Hazleton manor was detailed with cascading flowers and accented with large pillar candles. Other ‘old world romance’ details included our classic cut crystal pieces including candelabras and candle stands.
