Well it may have rained at Windermere House on Darren and Krista’s September Muskoka wedding but the love prevailed and guests enjoyed a lovely intimate ceremony in the dining room instead of what was to be on the front lawn. A quick change of plans for our decor team but all in all it ended up a gorgeous ceremony. Krista and Darren did not want the typical rustic Muskoka feel but rather a blend of rustic and refined elements. The reception was a gorgeous and a luxe blend of these two elements. Our custom made lucite centrepieces constructed with birch logs created a Muskoka feel while still retaining an elegant vibe. The backdrop was constructed with our custom french tufted panels and our handmade paper flowers. As the rain continued to fall guests enjoyed an evening of gourmet food, dancing and of course loads of laughter. Loved the images from the talented Rowell Photography and we are thrilled to share them with you! For always stylish weddings in the Muskoka or Toronto regions visit us at www.rachelaclingen.com
