Steve and Allesandra’s beautiful modern garden wedding at the Aga Khan Museum in Toronto showcased wedding flowers in their most elevated, artful form, creating an unforgettable setting for both the ceremony and reception. A modern garden wedding set beneath an elegant tent at the Aga Khan Museum in Toronto was transformed into a breathtaking floral moment, true to the refined, and artistic aesthetic Rachel A. Clingen is known for. The stunning design was organic, abundant, and naturally elegant, with layered flowers framing the space in a soft, garden-forward way. For the reception, a striking modern black-framed tent structure defined the atmosphere, making this one of the most inspiring tent weddings at Aga Khan. Guests dined unter sculptural oversized olive trees, bringing height, texture, and a sense of indoor-outdoor luxury to the design, while dramatic oversized drum chandeliers added warmth and a refined glow. Rachel A. Clingen and Eventure Design Grand Opening

After 30 years in the Toronto wedding industry, and with the addition of our boutique blooms delivery service, it was finally time to move and amalgamate our Caledon flower studio, Eventure Design, and our warehouse facilities to a larger and more suitable location in Bolton. I’m not going to lie, I did shed a tear or two the day no one showed up at our home based location. Lots of memories there as David and I along with our team grew our design business right next door to our house. But besides that, having a home base made mothering three boys and balancing a business a little easier, which I will be forever grateful for. It made being involved in school activities, and other cliche’ parental duties, like volunteering to be the ‘milk lady’ a possibility! I admit though, that even the close proximity of our home to the kids school was not enough to win me parent of the year. On occasion, if I was focused in the flower shop, or on the phone to a client, and much to my childrens’ embarrassment, I would get a call, asking if I was coming to organize and deliver the milk. This made for lots of quick exits and mad dashes, in less then ideal apparel, to Palgrave School to redeem myself. And so the memories are many. The constant buzz of activity, has come to an end around our home, but as we settle into our company in our new Bolton location, David and I are enjoying coming home to a place of quiet and calm. With the excitement of the new location we knew we had to throw a party with some of our industry freinds to celebrate this next step in our business life… and so we did. There were a few shining stars who helped us pull it together!
