Brittany & Mark’s Hazelton Manor Wedding

Videography by: Origami Heart

Brittany and Marks garden inspired wedding at Hazleton Manor in Toronto was reminiscent of old world charm mixed with the elegance of a garden wedding. Soft pastel hues was the colour palette of choice. No detail was over looked from the floral lined aisle and mantle to the custom stone archway over the head table.

Brittany and Marks Gorgeous Hazelton Manor Wedding

Brittany and Marks’ beautiful Hazleton Manor wedding is one that will always have a special place in our hearts. Lets just say, we were, and still are so humbled that Brittany, owner of the renowned hair and make -up company Fancy Face chose us for the floral and decor for her garden inspired wedding. We have been privileged enough to have worked with Brittany and her hugely talented team on many style shoots and weddings so we were deeply touched to be able to work closely with Brittany to execute her dream wedding.  Brittany is a stunner.. no doubt about that, but I have always been impressed with Brittany’s work ethic and warm kind spirit.

It was indeed, special to work with Brittany and her planner Lexi from Lexington Events. There inspiration board was detailed and precise. Brittany wanted us to create a garden wedding type feel inspired by old world romance. I was up for the challenge. The colour palette of soft pastels in lavenders, blushes and ivories was a classic blend for such an affair. Beautiful fresh foliage garlands lined the aisle but also detailed our classic stone structure. As well as lots of loose foliage, flowers were abundant. The mantle at Hazleton manor was detailed with cascading flowers and accented with large pillar candles. Other ‘old world romance’ details included our classic cut crystal pieces including candelabras and candle stands.

Elegant Royal York Hotel Wedding

It was a beautiful fall day for Alexa and Jon Micheal’s elegant Royal York Hotel Wedding in Toronto. The decor and flowers were designed to accent the existing beauty of this historical Toronto gem. No detail was overlooked and even the couples little pooch had an adorable floral wreath.

Sometimes our down town Toronto weddings have an urban or modern vibe, however Jon Michael and Alexa, wanted to embrace the romantic nostalgia of the iconic Royal York. We did this with classic ivory and blush flowers on our sleek mirrored stands which lined the aisle for the ceremony. In addition, two over sized gold urns filled with roses, hydrangeas, and foliage created a beautiful focal point and alter area for the couple to say their ‘Ido’s’.

Finally, thank you to Wedluxe Magazine for featuring this elegant Royal York Hotel wedding on their blog and to Found In Love for the stunning images. Also, as always, it is such a pleasure to work with our sweet friends at Laura & Co. Events.

We designed the space with candle light and classic flower arrangements. Our mirrored stands lined the aisle and were detailed with fresh floral arrangements and tall candelabras.  Low groupings of pillars candles accented the space and created a magical entrance way for Alexa and her bridesmaids. royal-york-hotel-wedding-ballroom-flowers

Later our team would flip the room and re-set for the reception. Since, the head table was lined with towering gold candelabras, low florals and glowed with groupings of candles to add a floral element. In addition to the head table, low centrepieces graced the guest tables. These were large and detailed flower arrangements in vintage gold mercury vessels. Flower collections included ivory garden roses, white lisianthus, cream hydrangeas and mixed foliage showcasing a beautiful display for family and friends.gold-candelabra-centrepieces-torontoivory-wedding-flowers-torontoivory-roses-centrepieces-toronto-wedding-flowersreception-toast-royal-york-hotel-wedding
