It was all the soft and beautiful vibes for Robert and Chelsea’s stylish, Italian influenced wedding at Copper Creek. The high school sweet hearts met on a high school trip to Italy and ten years later Robert proposed at a quaint restaurant down town Toronto and planned a custom meal reminiscent of their trip. When planning her wedding, Chelsea wanted to bring the ambiance and romantic nature of Italy into the flowers and decor. “I wanted the night to feel like a beautiful dinner party and I was able to accomplish this with the expertise of wedding planner Michelle from Sincerely Yours Events and wedding designer Rachel from Rachel A. Clingen Wedding & Event Design. It was such a pleasure to work with Chelsea on this design. Her effortless beauty and style shined bright, but Chelseas’ warm and sweet personalty made design appointments so memorable. The design included soft monochromatic toned florals and various heights of candle light. I particularly loved the lounge area planned by Michelle, which included custom sofas and tables surrounding the dance floor area. Our large floral urns accented the space and made for a unique and pretty seating space. “I was truly in awe of the quality and creativity of the floral arrangements”, said Chelsea. Every wedding I saw Rachel’s team do was unique and told a specific story and they did just that for us.The space was completely transformed, and I am thankful to Rachels’ team for bringing my vision to life, but also for being so wonderful to work with.” Thankyou Chelsea and Robert for trusting us with your special day. What a pleasure to work with you and Michelle on this. For a full list of vendors, see bottom of post.
Julia and Anthonys’ modern garden wedding at Copper Creek gives us all the spring vibes. The beautiful bride and groom were high school sweet hearts, and after nine years, a proposal in Paris was planned. Anthony popped the question in front of the Eiffel Tower! Planning for wedding in July was under way, but not for long… The pandemic restrictions put a stop to their first wedding date. The unkown dynamics of such circumstances is stressful at best, but I still think back at how Julia handled the cancelled plans and rescheduling madness. It was difficult time for our couples and a difficult time for us, but Julia pleasant and sweet spirit was refreshing. Together with Toronto wedding planner Michelle, from Sincerely Yours Events, our team created the most lovely decor and floral design for a modern garden wedding. The gorgeous green and white colour palette set the tone and was loaded with white tulips, and green viburnum, but the towering white and green blossom trees were the showstoppers. One of my favourite elements of this design was the individual flower groupings for the bridal bouquets. Congratulations Julia and Anthony! What a pleasure to be a part of your special day!
The Aria room at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto was transformed into a modern indoor garden for Stefano and Thanas’ stunning wedding. The beautiful couple met while working in the same industry and after dating throughout the pandemic, on a warm summer afternoon, Stefano proposed to Thana on the family boat at Friday Harbour. The excitement and buzz of planning a wedding was soon stirring. Together with wedding planner, Diana Pires, our team designed and created the most lovely and stylish wedding for the beautiful couple. One of my favourite design features was the massive hanging floral chandelier hanging over the head table. Oh and can we talk about this colour palette, because it was one of my favourite blends of the season. It was all the right vibes with those stylish black accents, so chic and sophisticated! “From the moment we had our first meeting with Rachel, we knew their team would be such a pleasure to work with. They seriously exceeded our expectations!” recalled Thana.
Thank you Thana and Stefano for trusting us with your special day! For a full list of vendors see bottom of post.
